Build Anything

Any training process can be automated

You can automate any manual process in Automator. Even though Automator is part of Administrate, your automation workflows don’t need to touch Administrate. Have specific rules you need workflows to follow? You can set those up and everything you build will stay compliant.

Here are some examples of what our customers are building right now.

  • Instructor Invitations. When a new course is created, send an email to all possible instructors to see who will teach the course. Answers are recorded for later use.
  • Assign Tasks. When a new event is scheduled, or a new course created, assign training management tasks to training staff based on role, availability, and location.
  • Walk-In Registrations. Automatically create a reusable registration form for last minute walk-in students.
  • Learner Waitlist. When a learner cancels, find the next learner on a waitlist and send them a booking link via email and SMS.
  • Learner Enrollment. When a learner’s job title, location, or job status changes, enroll them into required courses.
  • Book New Hire Trainings. When a new hire is added to the HRIS, update their records in your LMS and Administrate, then enroll them into all required courses.
  • Bookings Approvals. Approve or reject bookings based on your rules, send exceptions to the right person for manual approval.
  • Resource Usage Tracker. Create a weekly report showing resource utilization with various views (by location, by usage, by course, etc).
  • Summarize Today’s Changes. Find the most relevant and important changes that happened today across all of your learning technology and produce a summary.
  • Fill Rate Tracker and Rescheduler. Monitor fill rates of scheduled events, if the fill rate is too low, reschedule the event and send an email to all booked learners and instructors.
  • Demand Based Events. When a critical mass of learners register interest in a course, automatically schedule the event, send enrollment or booking info, and trigger communications.
  • Refunds and Cancellations. When a learner requests a refund or a cancellation, that is processed, the refund issued and the open seat in the course is filled with a learner on a wait list.
  • Weekly Impact Report. Create a weekly report that shows training’s impact across core KPIs, and send that report to stakeholders.
